Introduction: On the very massive demand of our members, we are delighted to announce the most demanding programs from the years "National Kedarnath and Badrinath Yatra cum Trekking cum Training Expedition: 2024".
A special batch designed only for catering the demand of our members.
IMPORTANT: (04th June Kedarnarg and 06th June Badrinath)
Mandatory for Participant: Yatra e-pass is compulsory for all pilgrims. Pilgrimages have to register on Devasthanam board website http://www.badrinath-kedarnath.gov.in and carry the e-pass during the travel.
Schedule:
June 1: Report at International Youth Hostel, Chanakya Puri 8:00 p.m. After dinner proceed to Rishikesh.
June 2: Rishikesh, After breakfast local sightseen by auto, guide by us. Evening Visit to Ganga Arti.
June 3: By bus Rishikesh to Gupt Kashi
June 4: Gupt Kashi to Gouri kund (Rampur parking) by bus then trek from Gouri kund to kedarnath 18 k.m.
June 5: Kedarnath to Gouri kund Trek 18 k. m. then by bus to Gupt Kashi.
June 6: Gupt Kashi to Badrinath.
June 7: Badrinath to Rishikesh
June 8: After lunch proceed to Delhi by evening.

HOW TO JOIN: Members desirous of joining this Yatra may apply online through Website: www.yhaindia.org by paying requisite program fee Rs.15500/- We accept Net Banking, Debit Card and Credit Card payment on www.yhaindia.org for online Payments.
After a successful transaction, an Admit Card will be generated. Participants have to carry an admit Card, Two passport size photographs and I D proof at the time of reporting at International Youth Hostels New Delhi.
YHAI Membership is mandatory for attending any of the YHAI Program.

Medicine (As per your personal requirement, which you regularly use at home and Crepe Bandage 4in*1, Micropore tape 1/2inch*1, Bandaids, Cough lozenges/ Kanthil or other, Vicks Vaporub, Cold cream, Clotrimazole cream and powder, Paracetamol*10 Mupirocin cream, Diclofenac gel, Lopamide*10, Azithromycin and Electral).

SAFETY & SECURITY:
Extensive and painstaking preparations have gone into the Planning of your safety. Our field staff and experienced camp leaders have been visiting the area to check all details. While every care has been taken to ensure safety. The Youth Hostels Association of India cannot be held responsible for any accident, Illness and such other unforeseen eventualities.
Behavior during program
Participants are expected to behave cordially with each other and staff. Any misbehavior/harassment will be a cause for check-out from camp and also being blacklisted from further YHAI camps.
Certificates: Participants, who successfully complete the trek and abide by the discipline of the program, will be awarded certificates.
Cancellation Method:
1) Participants booked online will do online cancellation minimum 10 days prior to your reporting date.
2) Participants booked offline will inform their cancellation by email to trekking@yhaindia.org minimum 10 days prior to your reporting date.
Only cancellation done as per above method will be eligible for credit shell/refund. The below cancellation policy will however not be applicable if the request reaches short of 10 days prior to the reporting date and shall not be eligible for credit shell/refund.
Cancellation Policy:
The Participant, who cancels the programme by serving request minimum 10 days prior to his/her reporting date as per above terms and conditions of "Cancellation Method", is eligible to get the credit shell or refund as follows:
(a) Credit Shell:-
1) In case you are unable to join the programme due to any reason, you will get a 100% Credit Shell of the participation fees which will be valid till December 2024.
2) If the next programme opted by you is cheaper, you may use the balance amount in any of the Trek till Dec 2024.
3) If the next opted programme is costlier, the trekker has to pay the differential amount.
4) Program opted using the Credit Shell cannot be cancelled again.
5) You may transfer your seat to your family members and friends also. The seats thus transferred cannot be retransferred or cancelled.
6) The credit shell can only be used in booking of adventure programs organised by YHAI. The credit shell will not be used in taking memberships and hostel bookings.
OR
(b) Refund:-
Participants can opt for a 50% refund instead of 100% credit shell if they wish to. The conditions of “Cancellation Method” will be the same as mentioned above. The participant has to inform either offline or online minimum 10 days prior to his reporting date. If the request reaches short of 10 days prior to the reporting date the refund request shall not be considered.
Note: If any program will be cancelled due to Natural Calamity / Government Restriction / Cancellation of Permission or any other reasons, YHAI will be accountable only for program fees and not other expenses which participants have made for joining the program. In these circumstances the decision for participation fees will be considered by the YHAI and will be bound to all.
