BREIF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM: YHAI announces a new programme for the active senior members of YHAI for sightseeing and cycling Training in one programme so that participants can be benefitted the most and enjoy. In our new programme, our loyal members are welcome to join this joyful programme of YHAI. This programme is more of an experience  what the participants create at the time of programme. 
 
DAY WISE SCHEDULE:
Day 1 : Registration & Group get-together in the afternoon
Day 2 : Visit to village or waterfalls & Training on “ How Cycling keeps one healthy” (Optional)
Day 3 : Visit to Manikaran Hot springs and Cultural performance by the localites
Day 4 : Heritage Walk to the Village(Optional) & Manali Sightseeing (visit to Hidimba Temple, local shopping etc)
Day 5 : Group Check out after Breakfast.
 
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Any YHAI member, above the age of 60 can participate in the expedition with his / her partner (Two men or two women will also be considered)
 
 
HOW TO REACH THE BASE CAMP:
 
The Base Camp Seobaghis  5 kms from Kullu. The participant need to get down at Seobagh Bridge (5 km from Kullu) which is in between Kullu and Manali. From Seobagh Bridge 5 minute walking distance is there for reaching the Seobagh Base Camp. Regular bus services are available for Kullu from Delhi, Chandigarh & Punjab. The nearest Railway Stations are Ambala& Chandigarh & the nearest Airport is Bhuntar.
 
 
HOW TO JOIN:
 
Members desirous of joining this programme may apply online by paying requisite program fee along with online booking amount i.e. Rs.8400/-  per couple above the age of 60 years.
 
We accept Net Banking, Debit Card and Credit Card payment on www.yhaindia.org for online payments.
 
After successful transaction Admit Card will be generated. Participant has to carry "Admit Card", "Trekking Medical Certificate" & "Membership Card"(Print out of membership card may also be accepted) at the time of reporting to the Base Camp.
 
CANCELLATION RULES:
 
 In case you are unable to join this trip you will get 50 %  of the program fee as refund, provided your online cancellation request is received before 15th April’2019 http://yhaindia.org/program-cancellation.php
 
Offline booking Request for cancellation and refund may be sent through email at trekking@yhaindia.org. Please attach the copy of your Admit Card in your cancellation request email.
 
OR
 
Request for cancellation and refund may be sent through post/courier at following address provided it should reach National Office before 15th April’2019
 
Please attach the copy of your Admit card in your cancellation request.
 
Seat once booked may not be re-scheduled or transferred.
 
There is no refund applicable for the all the program bookings done after 15th April’2019.
 
Any unforeseen event / strike or natural calamity/unfit medical condition will not be considered as a cause of cancellation.
 
Refund may be given after 30 to 45 working days of completion of the programs.
 
 
 
ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES:
Tenting accomodation with attached toilet & bathroom willl be given to Every Couple
 
 
FOOD & WATER SUPPLIES:
Simple & nutritious vegetarian meals and clean drinking water.
 
 
WHAT PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING ALONG:
Woolens, cotton clothes, raincoat, cold cream/Vaseline, personal first aid kit, towel, bed sheets, lunch box (for packed lunch), medicines that you normally use at home, Enameled or Steel Mug / tumbler, Plate, Lunch box ,Spoon, Water purifying tablets, Pen knife, Needle.
