Nature of Trip: Camping, Sight Seeing

Trip Duration: 4 Nights & 5 Days

Participation Fee: Per Family Rs.8,000/- offline/Online Rs.8400/-,

Who Can Join: Participation in the programme is open to family consist of Husband, Wife and two children at the age of 15 years. (Children are Above 15 years Rs.2000/- have to pay)

Inclusions: Tented accommodation, All meals at Campsite, Guidance, Sight-Seeing,

Accommodation: Each Family Each Tent.

Food: Vegetarian South/North Indian food will be served First day Lunch to last day Breakfast

Schedule:

Day 1: Reporting at 1 p.m & acclimatization

Day 2: Ooty (Doddabetta Peak, Doddabetta Tea factory, Botanical Garden, Rose Garden, Ooty Lake)

& Coonoor (Ketti View Point, Sims Park, Dolphin Nose, Lamp's Rock, Tea Estate, )

Day 3: Mudumalai wildlife sanctuary, Pykara Falls & Dam, Film Shooting spot, Boating 

Day 4: Free Day for Shopping (own arrangement)

Day 5: Disperse after breakfast

Sightseeing is arranged by YHAI (Day 2 – Day 3).  Only Entry Ticket at tourist place to be purchased by the participants.We take care of your sight-seeing to avoid confusion with local tour operators/cab owners.

*What Participants should bring along: Cotton Shirts, Cotton Pants, bedsheet, sweater,  shoes, sun-cap, raincoat, two pairs of socks, torch, water bottle, lunch box, mug, plate, tumbler, toilet set, cold cream and a first-aid kit.

* Admit card,5 set Xerox copies of ID Proof, Medical Certificate, 3 Passport size Photos, Membership card( both Husband & Wife), payment receipt if paid by offline,

*Cancellation Rules: ( For Offline) In case you are unable to join this trek, you will get 50% of the programme fee as refund provided your request is received directly at the State Office, at least 15 days in advance from the Starting date.  Any unforeseen event/strike or natural calamity will not be considered as a cause of cancellation.  The refund will be given after completion of the programme.  Cancellation request will be accepted only by a letter from the participants to our office before 15 days of the programme.  Email, SMS, telephone call will not be accepted.
