BASE CAMP JAISALMER - GROUP BREAKS - AFTER BREAKFAST

 

 

 

* Who can Participate:

Minimum Age 10 years. Physical Fit, only Indians are allow in this programme.   

* How to Participate:

Online booking is available through Schedule & Seats of the program.

We accept Net Banking, Debit Card and Credit Card payment on www.yhaindia.org for online payments.

After successful transaction Admit Card will be generated. Participant has to carry "Admit Card", "Trekking Medical Certificate" & "Membership Card"(Print out of membership card may also be accepted) at the time of reporting to the Base Camp.

Members desirous of joining this programme may apply on a prescribed Registration form duly supported by Medical Certificate which is available from Units/State Branches and website..

Note: Seat once booked may not be re-scheduled or transferred.

* Safety & Security: Extensive and painstaking preparations have gone into the planning of trekking expedition route for your safety. Our field staff and experience camp leaders have visited the area to check all details. While every care has been taken to ensure safety, the Youth Hostel Association of India or its Rajasthan State Branch will not be responsible for any accident, illness and such other unforeseen eventualities.
 
* How To Reach: Base camp for this Programme is established in the VARDHA  ASRAM, Kalakar Colony ,Jaisalmer, 01 KM from Bus Stand and 3KM form Railway Station . Jaisalmer in connected by train service with Delhi, Howrah, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner. It is also connected by road with Delhi, Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad, Kutch(Gujarat), Puna, Mumbai, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Jaipur, Ajmer & Udaipur.
 
* What participants should along: Cotton Shirts, Slacks, Cotton Pants, Rain coat, Good Woolen sweaters or Jackets, Woolen Inners, Sun Cap, Trekking Shoes, Socks woolen and cotton, Gloves  Enameled or Steel Mug / tumbler, Lunch box, Plate, Spoon, Water purifying tablets, Pen knife, Needle, Thread, Spare buttons, Goggles, Cold Cream / Vaseline, Soap, Toilet Paper, Tissues, Towel, Medicines normally used at home for (cold, cough, vomiting etc.), Camera and any other material for your personal use.
